Renovation of a warehouse facility for use as a state-of the art video production facility, including production studios, post-production, editing, audio, multimedia and graphics services, and a duplication facility. The project includes administrative and sales areas as well as a full food service, engineering workshops, and loading dock facility. The project employs extensive interior daylighting, provides new HVAC systems, lighting, information technology, life safety systems, and acoustical control, and is fully accessible.
