This multi-phase project was developed and constructed over a ten-year period to implement a masterplan for the Somerset Club. The renovations provided reconstruction to the Beacon Street façade, historic roof replacement, interior restoration and interior renovation including new members’ dining rooms and bars, kitchen renovation, vertical circulation, consolidated administrative offices, guest rooms, improvements to staff spaces, the kitchen facility, and the New Room, recreation of the original Billiard Room which had been lost in the 1940’s when it was filled with dormitory rooms, as well as improvements to the courtyard.
